Responsibilities:

* The Senior Project Accountant will oversee the company’s team of accountants assigned on each project.
* Supervision of staff accountants, cash management, bank and account reconciliations and accounts payable/ receivable duties.
* Preparation of financial statements, maintenance of depreciation schedules for operating properties and preparation of operating budget.
* Approve accounts payable, accounts receivable ledger reconciliations and monthly reports.
* Develop policies and procedures to ensure a cost effective revenue collection to sustain and meet operations cost.
* Assist direct reports as and when necessary, obtaining professional advice where appropriate.



Requirements:

* Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy or any related course, CPA.

Responsibilities:

* The National Security manager will ensure that the company is the benchmark for security excellence in the air express industry. Initiate, coordinate and implement investigations and other security incidents relating to the company's assets, personnel and shipments. Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and security practices to safeguard the company's employees, shipments, assets and information against loss and damage.


* Provide professional security and support to customers.
* Provide direction, support and advice to management on security matters.

* Conduct security audits and assist other audit teams, both proactively and reactively to assess the effectiveness of security practices and procedures at country sites.
* Prepare and analyze the database information for the production of regular reports on shipment and other security incidents, including Dangerous Goods. Where appropriate, recommend and initiate actions to investigate and resolve significant security incidents as they occur.
* Maintain a current threat and risk analysis by systematic analysis of national and international events and criminal trends to regional security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Edits the transcribed dictation of the health care professionals (doctors, physician's assistants, or nurses) regarding the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients from tape or written text using a computer.
Verifies the accuracy of the transcribed dictation.
Assures quality control of the report.
Works hand in hand with the transcriptionist to assure quality and increase productivity.

Requirements:
Candidates must be graduates of any of the following courses: Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Technology, Psychology, Biology or other allied health courses, non-practicing medical doctors or undergraduates of Medicine (M.D.) proper.
Must have a MINIMUM of one (1) year experience in medical transcription and editing excluding training.
Ability to operate word processing equipment, computers, dictation and transcription equipment
Ability to transcribe at least 40 words per minute (wpm)
Excellent communication skills in English
Excellent hearing acuity and listening skills
