Location: Libis, Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Transcribes dictations of physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient assessment, workup, therapeutic procedures clinical course, diagnosis, prognosis, etc. in order to document patient care and facilitate delivery of healthcare services
Requirements:
Candidates must be graduates of any of the following courses: Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Technology, Psychology, Biology or other allied health courses, non-practicing medical doctors or undergraduates of Medicine (M.D.) proper.
Must have a MINIMUM of one (1) year experience in medical transcription and editing excluding training.
Ability to operate word processing equipment, computers, dictation and transcription equipment
Ability to transcribe at least 40 words per minute (wpm)
Excellent communication skills in English
Excellent hearing acuity and listening skills
Knowledgeable in basic computer operations and internet applications
Must possess above average comprehension, problem solving and analytical skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood Libis.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferrably living within Metro Manila.
