CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Must be knowledgeable in Customer Relations Management
• Must have Consumer Behavior Understanding
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems and record keeping
• Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Easily adapts to changes; flexible
• Able to multi-task
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays whenever required.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the Customer Care function
• Coaches and supervises the current Customer Care Specialist (CCS) based on her D & R and recommends ways to improve productivity
• Regularly evaluates and compares with the Standard the current practice in Customer care.
• a. Output: Evaluation Report and Recommended Actions
• Serves as a direct link to Customers inquiring via e-mail.
• a. Output: Reply and forward concerns to concerned departments.
• Makes an analysis of the reports submitted by CCS, and provides copies to the President and the Service Manager:
• a. Analysis of Calls Received by CC
• b. Analysis of Service Job Orders (SJO) Summary Report submitted by CCS.
• c. List of Category/SKUs with most # of SJO
