CREWING TRAINING MANAGER

We are seeking an energetic individual with the following qualifications:

Male/Female, below 45 years old
With at least 3 years sea going experience in Management Level (Deck or Engine Officer)
Good computer working knowledge.
Fluent in oral and written English skills
With previous Supervisory/Management experience on Crew Recruitment, Processing and especially Training
Highly motivated to manage training of sea staff and w/ background in training and assessment (Competency Management System)
Can relate to people at all levels.
Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems
Training in module courses 6.09 and 3.12 is an advantage
Preferably with Tanker experience
