Senior Finance Analyst
Expected to lead a team of planning analysts in carrying out the department’s function to prepare management reports, budgets, variance analysis, financial presentations and simulations; to monitor and control spending; and to implement process improvements.
- Male/Female, not more than 35 years old
- Graduate of B.S. Accountancy from reputable school
- Must be a CPA
- MBA preferred but not required
- Must have hands-on experience in SAP preferably acquired from the Retail Industry.
- Above average scholastic records (academics and extra curricular activities)
- At least 2 years experience in business planning / financial analysis a must
- Above average proficiency in using MS Excel a must
- Excellent leadership, analysis, communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of accuracy & timeliness in assigned tasks
- Ability to learn quickly, initiate and/or adapt to changes, work under pressure due to tight/multiple deadlines
- Ability to work well with people across different levels in the organization
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, integrity and maturity
- Resident of QC or nearby areas preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work in Balintawak, QC.
