Location: Makati City
Client's Profile: Our client is the world’s leading Real Estate Services and Investment Management Firm with over 100 offices worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic partner with the Country Head and Business Line Heads in managing the business.
- Will be handling the financial processes of the regional offices abroad.
- Will be in-charge of the Finance and Admin department.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Must have at least three (3) years experience in managing finance function
- Supports the Country Head and Regional Finance as to the management of business operational issues
- Must have good knowledge of Philippine GAAP and preferably US GAAP
- Must have experience in handling the Financial processes of regional offices
- Must have good knowledge of local corporate, tax and other regulatory compliance
- Must have experience in managing cash flow requirements of business operation
- Must have experience in handling debtor management and reporting
- Must have experience in compliance with corporate, tax and other related local regulations
- Must have good working knowledge of PeopleSoft or any other equivalent
- Must have strong communication skills and good command of English.
