Responsibilities:
- Formulates sales strategies with the objective of consistency improving sales performance.
- Checks and approves proposal and quotations prepared by Account Managers.
- Check and approves commission claims.
- Assist Account Managers in doing their sales calls and supervise them in negotiation and closing of sales and attending to and addressing client's issues and/or concerns.
- Solely responsible for hitting sales targets.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Male or female not more than 45 years old
- Must be good looking.
- Must have at least 5 years of extensive background in sales management from the advertising industry with at least 3 years experience in Managerial capacity.
- Must be proficient in English and Tagalog.
- Must have a strong business sense and sales strategy.
- Must have excellent communication, organization, decision-making and human relations skills.
- Aggressive, persuasive, innovative and dynamic.
