Client's Profile: Our client is the most comprehensive fleet management solutions provider in today's market.

Responsibilities:
This position shall lead the Credit & Collections department and be chiefly responsible for accomplishing the company's collections targets. This manager will improve the policies & guidelines of this department, develop its team members, and ensure that the company will always maintain smooth transaction processes w/ its clients. This manager is expected to interact and assist the company's clients in addition to his/her responsibilities when the need arises.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Candidate must have 5 years proven experience in leading a successful Credit & Collections team, has already implemented internal improvements and carried out successful collections targets.
Experienced in managing difficult collections cases where he/she has been instrumental in improving procedures.
Has leadership qualities and training & development skills for his/her team.
Applicants must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
