They have operated throughout the Philippine islands for nearly 90 years. At present, the Company operates three business units, Consumer Products and Health Care, Biomedical and Pharma Sales/Distribution.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a CPA
• Male or female, 35 to 45 years old.
• Must have at least 10 years of working experience in Accounting with at least 5 years as Senior Accounting Manager.
• Must come from a large consumer goods or sales and marketing company.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides direction and operational leadership to the processing teams , ensuring that overall business targets are met including successful delivery of the Service Level Agreements
• Creates an efficiency-focused approach with regards to all process activities from processing invoices to payments
• Monitors and reviews operational plan for the processing area, ensuring the required levels of resources are in place to meet current and anticipated workloads
• Develops good working relationships with key internal and external contacts
• Develops team awareness in customer service (including of SLAs) by developing a detailed process flow and review from time to time
• Systematizes knowledge management and ensure the team members are aware and understand the organization’s contractual obligations and the commercial aspect of the business
• Ensures seamless adoption and planning following completion of work migration from client
• Leads, manages, develops and coaches team members
• Able to deal with and adapt to varied processes, systems and activities
• Shares best practices between the teams, keeping up with constant changes in the processes
• Understands dynamics/dependency of and interact across different businesses and functions to ensure roles are properly carried out and at the same time maintaining sustainable service delivery to Clients
• Sits in the Senior Management Team, interacts and provides ideas for the overall objectives attainment of the organization and contributes to the preparation of the annual business plan as a member of the team.
