Responsibilities:

Client Profile: Our client provides premier technical, management and directly related services to develop, manage, engineer and build horizontal and vertical structures for their clients worldwide.

Location: Ortigas

* The Senior Project Accountant will oversee the company’s team of accountants assigned on each project.
* Supervision of staff accountants, cash management, bank and account reconciliations and accounts payable/ receivable duties.
* Preparation of financial statements, maintenance of depreciation schedules for operating properties and preparation of operating budget.
* Approve accounts payable, accounts receivable ledger reconciliations and monthly reports.
* Develop policies and procedures to ensure a cost effective revenue collection to sustain and meet operations cost.
* Assist direct reports as and when necessary, obtaining professional advice where appropriate.



Requirements:

* Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy or any related course, CPA.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably from the construction industry.
* CPA
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Leadership skills.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
