Responsibilities:

Setting up an operational framework for each service vertical, their team structures, flexibility to cater to peaks and disproportionate work loads.
Setting up systems and procedures for design, checking, drafting, documentation and QA in line with the company's best practices and global construction practices.
Facilitating training of unit resources in terms of design and construction knowledge; overseeing, guiding and developing professionals in each vertical. Overview and update the training programs.
Provide a focal point for Infrastructure design operations in India, motivating and promoting best practice design within units. Overview coordination with the company's Project Managers to ensure proper definition of scope of work, timelines, standards and quality parameters.
Provision of general support, guidance and motivation to Principal Engineers and their teams.
Provide staff with guidance on their job responsibilities, importance of quality and timelines.
Guide in developing operational and productivity benchmarks and monitoring system. Assist the BUH / Director with reviewing of staff performance.
