Search Methodology

Our search process is not new. It is based on the old and proven methodology used by many players in the business. Our executive search method is based on the following:

Requirements Gathering - We exert effort to understand the unique requirements of our clients in terms of business and culture. After a thorough discussion with the client, a detailed job order is made.

Research & Identification – We use all possible means of finding suitable candidates for the position, we come up with a long list of applicants and narrow them down after screening.

Interview & Evaluation – Prospects are interviewed

and evaluated. Profiles of short listed candidates will be submitted and discussed with client.

Client-Candidate Interviews – After prescreened candidates profile are submitted, we will arrange for an interview appointment with the client.

Reference Check – Upon the request of the client. reference checks are done to ensure integrity of candidate

Negotiation – Once the right candidate is selected, the employment package will be discussed and negotiated with the candidate.

Endorsement – We shall ensure smooth transition of candidates to client through close coordination

Guarantee - We shall replace the candidate hired for this position at absolutely no extra cost to the client in the event that the hired candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated by the client within three (3) months from the date of employment.
