Responsibilities:
- The Training Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and facilitation including evaluation and documentation of training programs and training interventions for the Sales Team including but not limited to store management training, staff training and customer service enhancement.
He/She will work closely with the different target customers to ensure the relevance of the courses and the development of its target participants.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or related field.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in training in a corporate/business environment.
- With exposure in a Retail Industry is an advantage.
- Able to expertly use MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work productively, independently or with small teams
- Self-motivated, analytical and creative.
- With strong listening and leadership skills.
