Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

  • The position is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling installation and modernization projects. Its performance standards include compliance of work to the company’s quality standards, customer requirements, and sold labor/cost parameters, and to legal and company policies on safety and environmental health and business practices.
  • Planning, estimation, scheduling, monitoring and controlling and timely completion of projects at different sites for the company.
  • Handles in-house estimates for bidding and negotiations with sub-contractors.
  • Coordination with clients, handle customer inquiries, complaints to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Leads the environmental, health, and safety program in the project sites.
  • Will handle about 20 to 30 personnel, with direct supervisors for the project sites.
  • Will attend Operation Reviews, Management Meetings, Etc.
Requirements:
  • College degree in any field of Engineering.
  • Must have at least 8 years of solid managerial experience in project management in the construction industry (including estimating).
  • Experienced in coordinating with sub-contractors and clients.
  • Team leadership skills.
  • Above average communication skills (English and Filipino).
