The people behind the company has significant track record in oil and gas, marine and engineering conceptualized the need to entrench foot hold in other growing industries like refinery improvements, semi conductor expansions and independent power plant‘s rigorous operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the organization of the power plant, the selection of personnel, salary administration, performance approval an standards.
- Coordination with customer-end users with regard to load dispatching, scheduling and billing.
- Preparation of reports and record keeping.
- Ensures optimum utilization of all power generating equipments and auxillary equipments.
- Formulation of preventive maintenance programs, inspections, servicing and replacement.
- Conducts regular safety meetings for all personnel.
- Promotes training programs.
- Formulates and maintains programs and guidelines aimed towards detecting and reducing wastes and related unnecessary costs.
- Secures or causes to secure all the required operating and related permits required by the appropriate government agencies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Must be a registered/licensed engineer.
- At least 1-5 year(s) of supervisory experience running a power plant or manufacturing plant.
