REPORTING TO : AVP-Marketing & Sales

SCOPE : NATIONWIDE
NO. OF BRANDS : 2 to 3
JOB OBJECTIVE: Conceptualize, develop and implement approved marketing, sales and distribution plans of the brand(s) he/she is responsible for.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Equip himself/herself with the full technical and practical knowledge of the brand(s) and product(s) under his/her care.
- Ensure the achievement and maintenance of the image and positioning of the brand(s) under his/her responsibility.
- Continuously perform market researches, analysis and present conclusions and recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of the brands(s) under his/her care.
- Constantly keep himself/herself abreast with the marketing and sales activities of the direct and indirect competitors as well as the prevailing business environment and variables.
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies, programs and activities in support of the brand’s image and positioning and to complement the planned sales targets and activities.
- Manage, monitor and audit the marketing group to ensure the proper implementation of the set marketing activities and achievement of its objectives.
- Adjust, as necessary, the implementation of the marketing strategies, programs and activities vis-à-vis the agreed and expected results.
- Develop and ensure that adequate product, skills and mindset training is provided to his/her staff so that they will be able to achieve both their personal goals and company goals
- Manage, monitor and audit the sales force to ensure proper implementation of sales activities and achievement of sales objectives.
- Adjust, as necessary, the implementation of the sales strategies, routing, distribution and other activities vis-à-vis the agreed and expected results.
- Continuously be involved in the scouting and recruiting of talents who can help augment his/her group.
