Iteration results
Manage Client Relationship (Clients representative)
Primary client contact for Projects
Conveying Iteration plans and priorities
Identify Project scope and requirements
Manage expectations
Upload all pertinent documents in Insight (Iteration Management Process)
Delivery Management
Overall responsibility for client development service delivery (production and
projects)
Update and Manage Program Work Sheet
Manage Team Leads (Dev & QA) to achieve delivery plans
Monitor and report Iteration progress (Rally)
Create and manage Project Plan/Milestone Plan
Manage Requirements Document (conduct analysis and design with team)
Manage Risks and Issues. Escalate to management as appropriate.
Apply Change Management
Rally/Iteration Management
Primary ownership for the team
Add assigned (from support) production issues to Rally
Prioritize project stories (production prioritized by support)
Rally - Create Iteration Plan
Co-ordinate the release process with production support
Update Resource Plan
Update Program Worksheet
Stability of Iteration plan (changes during the Iteration)
Report iteration performance at the end of each iteration. Measuring:
Velocity – with explanation as to reason for shortfalls
Quality of delivery – Faults in UAT or in post release.
