Overview:
Our client is the first mobile marketing agency in the Philippines. They manage marketing campaigns end to end – from Concept and Idea Generation, Marketing plan development and implementation, all the way to software development, database development and management, and even post-campaign project analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform requirements gathering, systems analysis and design, systems implementation, and documentation.
Manage development team tasks and deliverables.
Facilitate design reviews with development teams.
Create software designs using UML and design patterns.
Mentor developers in solving programming problems.
Enforce coding standards among all the members of the development team.
Perform code reviews and walkthroughs.
Provides project manager with progress and status reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering
Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS SQL Database design, UML, .NET Development, C#, ASP.NET
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Preferably with 3-6 years working experience specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent and/or must have worked with at least five (5) medium or large systems (projects for at least 4 months with 3 or more developers)
Must have performed the role of a development team lead for at least two (2) projects with at least three (3) members.
Working knowledge in using UML is an advantage. (Use cases, Class diagrams, Sequence diagrams)
Good to excellent Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.
Good to excellent Database Design skills.
Extensive experience in .NET development and database development.
Working knowledge of using design patterns is a definite advantage.
Working knowledge of iterative and agile software development processes is a definite advantage.
