RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall design, development and deployment of databases.
Ensures completeness of information and data to effectively perform the assigned task.
Communicates with client and the vendor (information gathering).
Determines product specifications. Makes decisions on work processes to meet schedule and productivity.
Investigates cause of delays, client-feedback and production errors and prepares reports.
Develops and tests software. Recommends and implements process review and improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS/BA Computer-related degrees (e.g. Computer Associate, Math, and I.T.)
Familiar or has hands-on experience in any of the following platforms, programming languages, and tools: WINDOWS, LINUX, UNIX, MVS, HTML, SGML, XML, DTD, XLST, JAVASCRIPT, VBSCRIPT, C/C++, PERL, JAVA, VB, SHELL scripting and/or other widely used development or programming tools .
Good analytical/troubleshooting and observation skills
Organized, results-oriented, solution-focused, quality conscious
Self-motivated, flexible, optimistic, team player, fast-learner With good oral and written communication skills
