Overview:
Our client is a Danish company specialized in developing fault management software for telecommunication operators. Our client’s software solution consists of an effective suite of tools for telecom operators, which focus on proactive network and performance management. The tools enable telecom staff and management alike to monitor and troubleshoot network elements thus improving the performance and stability of their network.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide 24-hour client support from the Telecom perspective.
Collaborate and coordinate with the internal teams and other support teams.
Does monitoring of network performance.
Perform other telecom support tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Passed Government Board in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
1-3 year work experience in the TELCO industry.
Knowledge of wireless call scenarios & performance counters.
Willing to learn windows applications, Unix/Linux, and SQL.
Innovative, self-driven, possesses good interpersonal skills, and can work under pressure.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
