Overview:
Our client is a fashion company, which creates, markets and sells its own lines of ready-to-wear apparel and accessories. They own and manage popular brands of apparel and accessories.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be tasked to conduct or facilitate trainings as well as document these trainings
Will develop and implement relevant courses for training
Will evaluate the trainees as well as the traninig courses - identifying and examining organzational,job and learner needs
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field 2 yrs experience in training in a corporate/business environment
Exposure to retail industry is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work productively independently or with small teams
Self-motivated, analytical, and creative
With strong listening and leadership skills
Must be willing to work in Quezon City
