Customer Service Job Opportunity in Mandaluyong

CLIENT PROFILE: Our Client is a trusted online printing company comitted to providing a high quality printing experience at affordable prices. They are a division of a Huge printing network, with offices and facilities based out of West Los Angeles, CA.

For over 25 years, they've catered to small and medium sized businesses nationwide. Powered by brand new fully automated in-house Komori presses and CREO direct-to-plate, they offer faster turnaround with minimal human error and lower overhead cost.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female not younger than 22 and not older than 36 years old
  • College Degree is a plus.
  • Must have at least 1 Year work experience preferably in Call Center and/or Printing/Publishing Industry.
  • With Prepress/Printing exposure
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
  • Must have excellent listening, oral and written English communication skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in the Pasig area.
  • Required to be extremely flexible in their work hours, including working on GRAVEYARD (12mn-9am), WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS.
  • Ability to function in a fast paced, sales and customer service driven environment with minimal distraction and supervision.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good work ethics
  • Desire to achieve and excel above the rest
  • Aspirations to develop a career within the company.
  • Proficient in Basic Microsoft Applications and internet.
  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Printing/Publishing Experience is a must.
  • 20 Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Responsibilities:
  • Interface with our US clients to provide customer service and sales.
  • Interaction with customer via phone, e-mail and web chat.
  • Responsible for communicating to sales agents any new requirements, changes, updates on all support related information as well as company information.
  • Will handle inbound and outbound sales calls and be able to provide the customers effective product advice and accurate pricing.
  • Ensures client’s inquiries are converted to a sale.
  • Responsible in assisting clients on troubleshooting.
  • Oversee completion of sale from initial contact to product delivery via telephone and email correspondence.
  • Building rapport and relationships with prospects through prompt, courteous and professional service
