Requirements:
- Female 30 to 40 years old with pleasing personality.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
- Must have at least 5 years experience in Purchasing
- Must have very good interpersonal skills.
- Must possess the maturity, integrity, persuasiveness and business acumen to work effectively with vendors at the executive and senior level on strategic initiatives and procurement
- Experienced in vendor relationship management particularly in the area of pricing along with its legal implications
- Ability to review and streamline processes where necessary to ensure overall efficiencies, effectiveness, cost optimization and mitigating risk to ensure that at all times the interest of the company is protected.

- Responsible for target costing for new and existing projects in Purchasing.
- Collaboration with commercial buyers and responsible for new parts into mass production.
- Project management of mass production and costing saving parts.
- Interaction worldwide within the company's purchasing group.
- Responsible on price negotiation and supplier’s decision making, preparation of purchasing reports, coordinates within department on costing saving activities, localization projects and supplier quality goals.
- Provide key reports to the business on market and supply of key materials.
- Act as point of contact/primary liaison between company and vendor/service providers
- Manage a few of company’s most strategic vendors in providing leading edge solutions through improved processes/efficiencies, communication, reduced/optimum cost and vendor relation management.
- Have a total commercial responsibility towards specific vendors, and focus on lowering total cost of ownership on solutions and services, run negotiations, lead procurement projects in value of Purchase Order/Contract.
- Understand companies strategies and align it with key vendors – close communication with vendors on the direction and expectations to ensure company’s' KPIs and objectives are met.
- Build own informal necessary cross competencies matrix teams internally and externally to achieve goals.
- Design, communicate and lead procurement strategy relating to assigned areas of responsibilities to achieved agreed goals and objectives.
- To uphold purchasing ethics while dealing with suppliers & staff alike.
