Requirements:
• 10 years experience as a fulltime Human Resources Manager, preferably from a multinational company
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
• With strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent people skills, professional approach to internal/ external clients
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal; Excellent presentation skills
• High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
• Background in Purchasing is an advantage but not required
Responsibilities:
• Managing general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, employee services and counselling, proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents, labour law and other regulatory policy compliance. Formulating and implementing HR policies in consultation with the Management.
• The HR Manager will also handle the purchasing department
• He/she will report directly to the president and while coordinating with the regional managers
