Responsibilities:
Business needs conceptualization for the client
Execute recommendation presentations and perform pitch presentations
Develop positive relationships with the client while proposing new services based on client's business needs
Create strategies and find original ideas to improve clients performances
Initiate, schedule and present regular follow-up meetings with the clients (but can be assisted by the CTO when needed)
Depending on his field of expertise he can be asked to support another account manager for a technical meeting
Improve the actual processes to help the company better its overall performance
Requirements:
A Graduate from a reputable University preferably with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications;
At least 3 years work experience in the field of Advertising and Public Relations;
Knowledgeable in the business of Sales and Marketing
Significantly skilled in Customer Service through developing positive customer relationships
Confident and comfortable in communicating in English (written and spoken)
Familiar in online marketing approach and internet culture
A smart, motivated individual who works well in a team and individually, with strong sense of initiative
