Responsibilities:
•Research and understand product attributes to write detailed marketing copy for newspaper to include press releases, TV, Radio, outdoor, collateral direct mail and website
•Translate material into clear, concise and reader friendly copy while balancing creativity and business objectives
•Work with the team to ensure copy, tone and style is consistent with and compliment company brand, style and messaging.
•Develop great ideas with Art Director partners, while anticipating and planning for property marketing team reactions and feedback
•Schedule and maintains TV, Radio and print traffic instructions and facilitates the timely delivery of new material to all direct purchase media vendors
•Work with outside production studios to ensure the highest quality product
•Must possess strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
•Support the Art Director and property marketing teams in developing communications to internal and external customers
•Copy write for event related tasks to include: concept, program flow, sequence / spiel guide, script
•Other task that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:
•Male or Female; 20 – 40 years old with Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Creative Writing or any in the respective field/s
•Preferably with at least five (2) years experience in an Advertising Industry
•Able to conceptualize, write clear, compelling advertising copy
•Adept in preparing spiels and script for T.V, print, radio, events and other below-the-line activity features and sponsorship materials
•Highly motivated, attentive to details, can keep confidential matters, and has the ability to coordinate multiple projects.

•Can work under minimum supervision and able to cope up with pressures and deadlines
•Willing to work long hours even on weekends.
