Event Organizer / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

•Ensures that say-today running of client's projects is properly reported to the Event Officer / Account Officer.
•Manage Client request and negotiate with customer / suppliers.
•Assist in customer inquiries and discuss event management plans with EO/EA.
•Assist in budget preparation; Logistics and event preparation
•Ensure smooth flow of work from pre-event, event and post event.
•Scouting locations and make ocular inspection prior to event.
•Book venues and organize event facilities
•Coordinate with different offices for permits, licenses, and other legal issues needed for the event.
•Coordinates with suppliers for supplies needed for the event (hauling/trucking, streamers, props, sound & stage, and, manpower)
•Coordinates with graphic artist for creative’s, props designs and Plano gram.
•Ensures meeting deadlines and develop project plans.
•Submit needed report every after event.
•Handles administrative task.
•Other task that may assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

•Male or female; between 20 - 40 years old
•Graduate of any Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising or any Business Course or its equivalent.
•Preferably with at least two (2) years experience in events and project managements.
•Proficient in all computer software and applications particularly in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

•Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
•Highly personable with exceptional PR skills; strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills, with proven track record of account management bringing with him/her a solid client database.
•Has commitment to excellent customer service and the Company's Code of Ethics.
•With an above average oral and communication skills; inter-personal; planning; organizing analytical; problem-solving; negotiating skills.
•Highly motivated, attentive to details, can keep confidential matters, and has the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
•Must have a sense of urgency and initiative to perform set duties even without instructions.
•Willing to work long hours
