Responsibilities:
* Establishes and upgrades systems by planning and implementing desktop rollout projects
* Installs hardware, software, and maintains regional IT systems.
* Local User Administration
* First Level Helpdesk for local User IT-problems
* Coordination of local IT problems with Vendors or the US-IT-Headquarters if necessary
* Maintains quality service by maintaining corporate hardware and software standards; establishing and enforcing organization standards.
* Consultancy for new IT-requests
* User training for IT basic information
* Maintains installation records by documenting procedures used.
Requirements:
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (W2K, XP) – Installation, operations and support
* Good knowledge of Microsoft based IT-architectures (Active Directory, Data Shares creation/administration, printer setup/management, etc.)
* Good Networking Knowledge
* Moderate knowledge of Oracle ERP 1st level support to include User Administration, Navigation, CC Manager / Printing Admin and basic functional support knowledge for Finance / Supply Chain Applicaitons
* Experience in solving IT-incidents/problems in a professional company environment
* Good Knowledge about Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Visio.
* At least 5 years working experience in a comparable job
