Responsibilities:
• Assists the General Manager and other Managers in the organization to meet the HR requirements of the company and its clients.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Psychology or equivalent.
• Preferably with 6 months intensive experience in Human Resource.
• Fresh graduates with extensive HR OJT experience are welcome to apply.
• Must have good English Communication Skills.
• Must have the drive and motivation to succeed in the HR field. Determined to have a career in HR not just a job.
• Enjoys an HR career.
• Can communicate with various personalities and different organizations.
• Works fast, Resourceful, Flexible, Disciplined, Smart worker, Detailed Oriented.
• This is a full-time position.
• Semi-flexible work schedules, but must deliver results.
• Preferably Male due to the internal needs of the organization. We have a sufficient number of female team members, thus the need for an additional male member of the team.
