Career Opportunity: Human Resource Assistant (Generalist)
Responsibilities:
• Assists the General Manager and other Managers in the organization to meet the HR requirements of the company and its clients.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Psychology or equivalent.
• Preferably with 6 months intensive experience in Human Resource.
• Fresh graduates with extensive HR OJT experience are welcome to apply.
• Must have good English Communication Skills.
• Must have the drive and motivation to succeed in the HR field. Determined to have a career in HR not just a job.

Job Opening: Research and Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure, in coordination with the program manager, project planning and compliance/achievement of commitments.
- Create in coordination with the program manager, company’s Asia team budget and ensures compliance with these budgets (development + associated activities)
- Responsible for the definition and implementation of an organization to achieve quality objectives (quality of management projects + corrections)
- Is responsible of the autonomy of company’s Asia R&D Team
- Identify infrastructure & methods weaknesses in working’s process with of the company in Asia and propose corrective actions
- Identify strengths within the Asia team, local opportunities to define / suggest improvements to our process
- Propose / oversee development of architecture products
Requires a minimum of 10 years professional related experience in software development, preferably 5 years of which he has been assigned as a project leader/project manager
- Expertise in object oriented programming as well as in formal development processes and methods
- Development experience within Windows environment in Visual C++ and knowledge of MFC
- Expertise in relational database (Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server)
- Practical experience of SQL requests design/tuning and use of ODBC/ADO interfaces for SQL access are differentiating factors
- Knowledge of Visual.net / C# and Web services is a plus
- Extensive experience of SDLC; from Project Planning and Feasibility to Maintenance and Upgrades
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Project Management skills; Track record of successful management/supervision of a development team

Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
* To assist the Assistant Manager/Pollution Control Officer in the supervision, monitoring as well as operation of water distribution and maintenance systems.
* To assist the Mechanical Engineer in the conduct of maintenance activities of all water distribution and maintenance facilities.
* To assist in the evaluation of plans during implementation of new projects.
* Provides support to construction projects.
Requirements:
* Licensed Engineer.
* Exposure in International Standards Organization (ISO) quality management, environment management and occupational safety and health management systems is an advantage.
* Computer Literate (MS Office, Autocad).
* Must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
Experience (years):
* At least three (3) years working experience in a related field.
Educational Background:
* Graduate of Electrical Engineering.
