Requirements:
Graduate from a reputable university with 5 to 10 years relevant work experience in Property/Facilities Management
Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
Knowledgeable in Financial Data, Vendor and Contract Management
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, management and customers
Must have strong leadership qualities, can work independently and can work well under pressure
Preferably based in Cebu or willing to work in Cebu
