Client Profile: Our client is a fashion-retail company that creates markets and sells its own line of ready-to-wear apparel and accessories. The company is focused in the Philippine market though it has already expanded its operations in China, and sold its products in other countries.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates meetings between Merchandise Managers/ Designers and vendors in cases where consultation with the Merchandising team is necessary
• Ensures that PO delivery dates, cost and cycle time targets are met
• Checks sample compliance against given specs
• Solicits/gathers new technology, products, colors & materials from vendors
• Negotiates price and delivery timelines with vendors
• Prepares Price Docs and POs for approval of MMs
• Ensures that size set/ pre-production samples have proper clearance prior to bulk production
• Monitors progress of all orders in all key stages (from product development to delivery) using the PDSR or via factory visits
• Acts as the vendors’ point person for the entire order process, including product development

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
• Studies/Administration/Management, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Has good negotiation and analytical skills.
• Has knowledge or background in fabrics, garments.
• Must be from clothing industry
• Full-Time positions available.
