Career Opportunity: JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER (Libis Quezon City)

Overview: Our client has been in the automobile industry for the past 20 years. Currently they are opening their doors to new Brand Managers to beef up their organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:POSITION : BRAND MANAGER
REPORTING TO : AVP-Marketing & Sales
SUBORDINATES** : Marketing staff(s), Sales supervisor, Sales Agents
SCOPE : NATIONWIDE
NO. OF BRANDS : 2 to 3

JOB OBJECTIVE: Conceptualize, develop and implement approved marketing, sales and distribution plans of the brand(s) he/she is responsible for.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Equip himself/herself with the full technical and practical knowledge of the brand(s) and product(s) under his/her care.

Ensure the achievement and maintenance of the image and positioning of the brand(s) under his/her responsibility.

Continuously perform market researches, analysis and present conclusions and recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of the brands(s) under his/her care.

Constantly keep himself/herself abreast with the marketing and sales activities of the direct and indirect competitors as well as the prevailing business environment and variables.

Formulate and implement marketing strategies, programs and activities in support of the brand’s image and positioning and to complement the planned sales targets and activities.

Manage, monitor and audit the marketing group to ensure the proper implementation of the set marketing activities and achievement of its objectives.

Adjust, as necessary, the implementation of the marketing strategies, programs and activities vis-à-vis the agreed and expected results.

Develop and ensure that adequate product, skills and mindset training is provided to his/her staff so that they will be able to achieve both their personal goals and company goals

Manage, monitor and audit the sales force to ensure proper implementation of sales activities and achievement of sales objectives.

Adjust, as necessary, the implementation of the sales strategies, routing, distribution and other activities vis-à-vis the agreed and expected results.

Continuously be involved in the scouting and recruiting of talents who can help augment his/her group.

Sense of entrepreneurship

Hands-on management style

Natural inquisitiveness and interest in acquiring information

Ability to analyze situations tempered with street smartness or practical reasoning

Ability to organize and multi-task

Adaptable to varying market, business and work environment

Ability to relate, communicate, motivate and negotiate with different levels of people

Natural interest in automobiles or home improvement

Outgoing and enjoys field work activities

Bachelor's degree holder
