Overview:
The position is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling installation and modernization projects. Its performance standards include compliance of work to the company’s quality standards, customer requirements, and sold labor/cost parameters, and to legal and company policies on safety and environmental health and business practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning, estimation, scheduling, monitoring and controlling and timely completion of projects at different sites for the company.
Handles in-house estimates for bidding and negotiations with sub-contractors.
Coordination with clients, handle customer inquiries, complaints to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Leads the environmental, health, and safety program in the project sites.
Will handle about 20 to 30 personnel, with direct supervisors for the project sites.
Will attend Operation Reviews, Management Meetings, Etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
College degree in any field of Engineering.
Must have at least 8 years of solid managerial experience in project management in the construction industry (including estimating).
Experienced in coordinating with sub-contractors and clients.
Team leadership skills. Above average communication skills (English and Filipino).
