RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will be involved in various projects of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 10 years design experience and some site construction

• Experience on Commercial and residential type projects.

• Design experience should include; Cooling and Heating Load Calculation using Carrier and HEVACOMP Program Software; Water, gas & Steam Piping System; MVAC Duct Sizing; Equipment Sizing & Selection; CSD & SEM Coordination; Building Automation System, Preparation of Technical Specification and Design Report

• Computer literacy, experience with design software, Excel and word.

• Engineers with overseas and international projects experience would be an Advantage.

• Good Communication skills must be fluent in spoken and written English. Must be able to liaise with other project design consultants and client representatives.
