HR Manager Job Opening

Client Profile: Our client is an IT company that offers web based electronic solutions for large and small-scale businesses.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, BS/AB Psychology, Law or equivalent.
Female not more than 40 years old
With 10 years experience in an HR generalist position, at least 3 years of which as HR Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisory position preferably acquired from the IT industry
Demonstrates flexibility in operational style to meet the requirements of different business units
With strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills
Excellent people skills, professional approach to internal/ external clients
Background in Legal Management is an advantage
High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
Strong communicator, both written and verbal; Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities:
Effective planning, organizing and providing suitable manpower to conduct the business.
Formulating and implementing HR policies in consultation with the Management.
Managing general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, employee services and counseling, proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents, labor law and other regulatory policy compliance.
Creating and implementing tools and interventions to improve various business processes.
