Requirements:
At least with 2 years experience in running B.P. operations and at least 2 yrs. as a Service Advisor.
Knows how to deal with different types of customer.
Knows how to create repair orders and do estimates.
With knowledge in automotive both mech. and body parts.
With basic knowledge on automotive principle and operation.
Required skill(s): customer service, service marketing and driving.
With above average verbal and communication skill.
Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque City.
Responsibilities:
Supervise vehicle body repair work.
Create repair order mechanical or body repair.
Do estimate both mechanical and body repair.
Make pre and post-service follow-up.
Designed marketing strategy.
Customer oriented.
Quality control inspection.
