Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): AutoCAD, STAAD, Superstress.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication skills in English
Technical understanding of design and specification issues
Thorough knowledge of the design
Exposure to construction process
Leadership quality & motivation skills
Project planning & resource management
Presentation skills (verbal, audio visual, documentation)
Responsibilities:
Project management: scope, coordination, resource allocation, progress monitoring and project reviews, budgeting, forecast, invoices.
Training: identify training needs, formulate training programs, conduct and monitor training.
Design: guide concept/schematic design & modelling, QA check
Operations: develop productivity & operational parameters, benchmarking, ISO setting up & reviews.
