Sales Secretary Job Opportunity (Makati)

CLIENT PROFILE: Our Client is the exclusive representative of various manufacturers and suppliers from around the world. It is engaged in the business of INDENTING/ IMPORTING/ STOCKING/ MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION of SPECIALTY CHEMICALS for the paint, inks, construction, coating, rubber, plastics, adhesives, resins, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and personal care, petroleum, vegetable oil, food & beverage and other industries.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in Makati.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:

• Performs secretarial functions for the Sales and Marketing Manager and sales staff.
• Entertains business phone calls, visitors, and walk-in customers.
• Handles preparation of business correspondences for the Sales & marketing Manager and sales staff.
• Keeps an orderly and efficient filing system for the Sales and MArketing Manager.
• Coordinates meetings, appointments and travel itineraries of the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Prepares, updates and follow-ups.
• Maintains an orderly file of sales records, references and sales catalogues for the Sales Department.
