Requirements:
Strong background in employee relations and recruitment.
Experience in Training and Compensation and Benefits is a plus.
Experience (years): 5 to 7 years of managerial experience in Human Resources
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
Computer literate.
Willing to work in Makati.
