Responsibilities:

Oversee all creative projects and staff
Interpret a client's communications strategy and then develop proposed creative approaches and treatments that align with that strategy
Initiate and stimulate creative ideas for and from everyone involved in the creative process, which includes: executive management, web strategy team, account management team, creative and production team
Responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department
Manage creative projects from concept to completion
Direct the creative team in the production of digital advertising requirements
Participate in pre-sales/bidding and client briefing sessions
Provide recommendations, participate in development of proposal presentations (planning, writing, and proofreading), and help in selling proposed strategies and concepts in front of customers
Work with management in developing and continuously improving the system (processes and tools) and culture of Netbooster as a growing online advertising agency


Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience in creative direction, leadership and project management acquired in reputable advertising agencies
Solid knowledge and experience in digital marketing
Excellent graphic and web design and copywriting background
Excellent presentation skills
Familiarity of varying design applications such as Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and 3-D rendering applications
Experience using HTML, Dynamic HTML, and Action script
Thorough understanding of web usability and information architecture
