Company Profile: Our client, DKT Philippines Inc., currently promotes four products for family planning: TRUST Classic Condoms, TRUST Premiere Condoms, FRENZY Condoms, and TRUST Pill Oral Contraceptive. There are three additional products will be added: DEPOTRUST Injectable Contraceptive, Lady Oral Contraceptive, and TRUST EZ Clear Lubricating Jelly. The condoms are also promoted for STD and HIV/AIDS prevention. A&P campaigns are conducted through a variety of channels, including radio, television, print, outdoor, cinema, and non-traditional media. Other innovative activities and materials are also utilized. DKT has FRENZY Mobile Outreach Team (FMOT), a group composed of young and dynamic individuals who promote responsible sexual behavior in the context of adolescent reproductive health through the utilization of popular multimedia technology. This mobile intervention activity aims to increase awareness and knowledge on safer sex practices and STI/HIV/AIDS.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates with outsourced partners for the regional implementation of the overall marketing and distribution plans.
Actively participates in the preparation and evaluation of annual sales targets; formulation of business actions and solutions relevant to sales and distributions.
Coordinates with other units on information relative to business development of new and existing products.
Ensures implementation of events, marketing and outreach interventions.
Provides relevant market and sales information to the Product
Management Unit and Business Development Group.

Requirements:

Knowledgeable on handling key accounts, sales, marketing and distribution management, with strong background on pharmaceutical and consumer industry
Excellent in both oral and written communication
Proficient in computer
Willing to be assigned in Central Visayas
Will handle 3 field ops assistants

Experience (years):

With experience in both pharmaceutical and consumer industry for more than 5 years (Regional Sales/District Sales Managers)

Educational Background:

Graduate of any 4 year course, preferable Marketing course
