Responsibilities:
Provide a strategic approach to how we service all our clients.
Working with Account Managers and Project Team, who will report directly to you, make recommendations on how to raise the level of Clients's full service offering, identify gaps and make strategic recommendations around our offering
Listen to all our clients
Share that foresight with the different delivery teams
Maintain and develop highest standards of client relations
Increase revenue from existing clients by developing key accounts
Maintain a high level of client engagement
Manage and mentor the Account Managers and Project Team
Requirements:
At least ten years experience running multiple accounts within an agency
Have an impressive background, with experience developing accounts for top agencies
Understanding of the digital communications landscape alongside the broader commercial landscape and should be able to consider client and agency issues at a strategic level
A talent for people management as well as excellent communication skills
Have the ability to consult clients at all levels
Exemplary client service skills, with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
