SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR (ORTIGAS)

General Description

Supervises the activities of a software quality assurance function. Develops quality standards for company products and oversees the development and execution of software test plans and analysis of test results. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function. Provides direction to the employees according to established policies and management guidance. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies

Requirements:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Masters preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 5 years related experience.
• Minimum 3 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working on an Agile development team and a thorough understanding of Agile development principals required.
• Experience using automation tools such as QTP, FIT, Fitness or Selenium required.
• Experience with test first (TDD) techniques preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to subordinate employees; proven leadership ability.
• Highly creative problem solving skills. Very collaborative as to be able to effectively manage cross cultural diversity.
