Career Opportunity: HR Specialist (Compensation and Benefits)

Company Profile: Our client is one if the biggest distributors of commercial and industrial products in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

The HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist will provide analytical and professional support to the management and develop compensation and benefits programs and human resource policies. This include job evaluation and salary structuring. He/she will report directly to the VP and Corporate HR Director.


Requirements:

8 to 10 years solid experience as a full-time Human Resources Specialist in Compensation and Benefits
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
Detail and result oriented with good analytical and numerical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize work plans to meet conflicting deadlines and priorities
Experience in dealing with senior management, external consultants and providers
Good command of written and spoken English
Computer literate
