Responsibilities:
The HR Training Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and logistics support in planning, designing, customizing, implementing and evaluating employee training and development programs. He/she will report directly to the VP and Corporate HR Director.
Requirements:
8 to 10 years solid experience as a full-time Human Resources Specialist in Training and Development
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
Detail and result oriented with good analytical and numerical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize work plans to meet conflicting deadlines and priorities
Experience in dealing with senior management
Good command of written and spoken English
Computer literate
