The HR Manager will be responsible for the following:

Responsible for the development, leadership and administration of Human Resource in the Philippines and assists Regional HR Director to compensation and benefits analysis and implementation.

Develops and administers company policies and practices affecting employment, training, personnel and labor relations.

Employment & staffing:

* Prepares Job Description, confirms the same to concerned parties
* Involves in the planning of annual headcount budget
* Manages the recruitment process and conducts the final employment offer to the successful candidate
* Manages the necessary arrangement for the final candidate's placement in the organization (i.e. contract preparation, employee profile, employee badges, and other documents required for employment)
* Manages and conducts employee orientation to new hires
* Oversees the progress of the Induction Plan for new hires and monitors the same the progress for the 1st 3 months

Recruitment Program:

* Manages corporate recruitment strategies which ensures all hiring needs are met, sourcing, interview, selection and placement.
* Manages the placement of employment advertisements, if necessary.
* Oversees the maintenance of the manpower pool or data bank of screened applicants and/or list of top employment agencies.

Personnel & labor relations:

* Manages employees' concerns and issues related to complaints and corresponding disciplinary actions. Assesses situations and proposes fair and just case resolutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Compensation and benefits Program:
* Manages the development and administration of annual incentives, long-term incentives, sales and executive compensation programs in close coordination with the Regional HR Director.
* Conducts benefits and compensation surveys and analysis of results ensuring that the company retains a competitive posture in the market place.

Training & Development:

* Provides leadership for functions that develop and deliver training to employees in the technical and general management area.
* Training Program:
* Manages the training needs analysis exercise based on the year-end appraisal, recommends necessary training to employees for the developmental objectives.

Manages and conducts Mid-year / Year-end appraisal activities
Program:

* Increase/develops employees' motivation towards job satisfaction: Standardize job description thereby leads to job evaluation and re-alignment of job classification
* Develops company policies, procedures and practices.

Office administration services:

* Provides leadership on the implementation of processes to support management and employees in the development and execution of business strategies and objectives.
* In charge of office administration / office management
* Regular corporate reporting to SEC, BOI (annual)
* Visa requirements for expats
* Administer office / housing requirements on move, expansion, etc.
* Approves and signs gate passes

Facilities management:

* Responsible for the company property building and building services.

Procurement:

* Manages, approves negotiated terms and conditions further submits to the Country Manager for concurrence

Management support:

* Company check signatory on joint (with Country Manager) and single capacity
* Responsible for the Region's records management:
* Handles the confidential and selected central files of the region
